Don Salyer leads RAYUS Radiology’s Hospital Solutions Division and manages the organization’s sales and business development teams, supporting hospital and health system partners across all 50 states and Canada. He also oversees the operations of RAYUS’ Interim division, which delivers short- and long-term mobile MRI, PET/CT, and CT diagnostic imaging services, along with staffing solutions, to hospitals, clinics, and major OEM partners.

Don has been a member of the RAYUS team for 35 years, serving in five different roles throughout his career. He began in Field Service and, prior to his current role as Senior Vice President of Hospital Solutions, held positions including Director of Service, Executive Director of Asset Management, General Manager of Interim Services, and Vice President of Sales. Earlier in his career, Don worked for Siemens Medical Systems and Diasonics MRI as a field service engineer and installer. He began his professional career as an electronics technician in the U.S. Navy, where he proudly served for six years.

Kathy oversees the operations of Mobile and Fixed Wholesale services. She ensures that RAYUS Radiology fulfills its commitment to customer service and quality patient care, working to solve day-to-day operational challenges. She is responsible for the safety of her team and that equipment is working properly. Kathy has been with RAYUS Radiology for 37 years. Prior to her current role, she worked as an MRI technologist, Midwest/South Central Area Manager and Regional Operations Manager for the South region.

Rick Treat manages RAYUS Radiology’s Fleet Services Teams. The Fleet Services Teams consists of DOT Regulatory, Scheduling and Delivery Services, Site Planning and FGI Guideline Review, Trailer Maintenance and Repair services, OEM Equipment Services, Equipment Auditing, Equipment Inventory, Equipment Specs and Purchasing.

Rick has been a member of RAYUS Radiology for 34 years and has maintained numerous roles, including MRI Field Service Engineer (Siemens, Toshiba, General Electric, Kodak and 3M), Asset Management, Project Coordinator and Senior Project Coordinator. Prior to working at RAYUS Radiology he worked for Morris and Knudson in the mass transit division building subway cars for NYC and Chicago. Rick also served in the United States NAVY for six years as an Electronic Warfare Technician.
