Your information will be retained for as long as it is needed for our business, operational and legal purposes.  You may request that we delete your data as may be allowed by various laws, but we may not be able to honor that request given the laws and regulations we must follow.

rayusradiology.com contains links to websites and social media that are not operated by RAYUS Radiology as a convenience to visitors of rayusradiology.com.  Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by or through those websites; rather, please review the privacy policy for sites visited through links to the rayusradiology.com website as RAYUS Radiology is not responsible for the privacy practices or any consequences that may result from use of those sites.

Children’s Privacy

Other than for our patient portal to provide care, we do not knowingly collect or use any personally identifiable information from children (minors younger than 13 as defined by COPPA), nor do we knowingly communicate with children through rayusradiology.com or other electronic applications.  If you are a parent or guardian of a child and believe that child may have provided information to us, please contact the Privacy Officer as noted below for further assistance.

Website Use Outside of the U.S.

Our site is intended for use by individuals who are located in the United States.  If you are located in another country, any information collected will be processed in and/or stored in the United States.  By using this site, you understand that the laws of the United States apply and that laws of other countries that may have more comprehensive laws regarding data and privacy do not apply.
