Access the New Patient Portal
The RAYUS patient portal offers convenient access to appointment information and exam results. Now, when you log in to the portal, you’ll also notice a new look and more user-friendly experience.
Whether you need to pre-register for an upcoming appointment, find information about your next exam, or you need to view your exam results and images, the patient portal helps you get the answers you need. The site also has enhanced security features, keeping your images and records safe.
The updated patient portal also comes with a new URL. In the past you may have used one of these URLs: myExamResults.com, myEpicExam.com, myCDIExam.com and myInsightExam.com. Whether you’re seen at a RAYUS, Insight Imaging, Epic Imaging, or another center within the CDI national network, all patients will access the patient portal using myExamAnswers.com.
If you are an existing patient portal user and are using an email as your login name, you will be prompted to change your username and create three security questions. These security questions will better protect your account, and allow you to reset your password on your own in case you forget it in the future.
If you’re a new patient and would like access to the patient portal, please contact your local imaging center, and they will provide you with a personal access code.
